The seven classifications below describe one connected platform rather than seven separate products. Each entry states the capability in plain language, then in the terms a technical buyer or integration partner would use, and links to where it is explained in more depth.
SaaS — Software as a Service
Your business software delivered over the web. Nothing to install, nothing to keep updated on your own machines, and the same environment wherever your team happens to be.
Digital MasterPlans is a cloud-delivered software platform covering CRM, sales pipeline, marketing automation, documents and proposals, scheduling, billing and operational reporting. It is the delivery model for the whole product, not one module within it.
CPaaS — Communications Platform as a Service
The ability to send and receive messages and calls from inside your own business system, rather than through a separate app that knows nothing about your customers.
Programmable voice, SMS, WhatsApp and email capability delivered through supported provider integrations and exposed to business workflows, so a workflow can send a message or place a call and record the outcome against the customer record. Available channels, numbers, sender registration and regional coverage depend on the providers connected to the account and their approval processes; they are confirmed during onboarding rather than assumed.
UCaaS — Unified Communications as a Service
Voice, messaging, email and video brought together so a conversation can move between channels without the customer having to start again.
A shared communications environment covering voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email, video sessions and a shared team inbox, all writing to one authorized customer record instead of separate logs per channel. Video sessions support multiple participants with live transcription.
CCaaS — Contact Center as a Service
Handling the customers who come to you: answering, routing them to the right person, and making sure nobody is left waiting without anyone noticing.
Customer engagement capability covering inbound communications, intelligent assistance, routing, interaction management and contact center workflows, running on the same platform as the rest of the business. Intelligent assistance can handle the first part of an interaction and hand a person the context already gathered. Contact center capability is delivered on the same communications foundation described above, so its available channels follow the same provider dependencies.
AI Workflow Orchestration
Intelligent agents that do useful work inside your business processes, with a proper record of what they did and on whose authority.
Coordinated business action using intelligent agents, events, contextual information, permissions and automation workflows. Megan operates across voice, text, image and video, reaching customer history only where the requesting user is authorized, and coordinating tasks against the customer record. Agent orchestration is permission-bounded: an agent can act within the scope granted to the person it works for and no further.
Multi-Tenant Business Infrastructure
One platform serving many separate businesses, with each one's information properly walled off from the others.
A multi-tenant infrastructure providing unified customer profiles, event-driven activity history, identity resolution, tenant isolation, permission controls, agent orchestration and audit logging. Tenant separation and permission scoping are what allow agencies and resellers to operate multiple client accounts inside a single platform without cross-visibility.
Vertical Industry Automation Systems
Configurations set up for how your particular industry actually works, so you are not adapting a generic tool to your trade.
Industry-specific configurations across 62 industries, supplying the workflows, terminology, templates and business processes appropriate to each. Each configuration runs on the same underlying multi-tenant infrastructure rather than being a separate product.
Where a capability depends on a third-party provider, an approval process or regional availability, it is stated as such. Digital MasterPlans does not claim category coverage beyond what is described here.
