Data Deletion Request
Exercise your right to have your personal data deleted
If you would like your personal data removed from Digital MasterPlans, submit a request through this page or contact us at support@digitalmasterplans.com. We will verify your identity, process the request, and delete or anonymize eligible personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Name, email address, phone number, and business information you provided
- Account credentials and communication preferences
- Uploaded files, documents, images, and messages
- SMS and email content sent through our system
- Usage analytics, device identifiers, and browser metadata linked to you
- Onboarding and verification records
Legal Exceptions
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations. These include but are not limited to:
- Invoices and billing records (retained per tax law requirements)
- Transaction records required for financial compliance
- Records needed to detect or prevent fraud and abuse
- Data required to comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests
- Security logs retained to protect against future threats
Where full deletion is not legally permitted, we will anonymize or restrict the retained data so it is no longer associated with you personally.
Processing Timeline
- We verify your identity using the email provided, within 5 business days
- Eligible personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized, within 30 days
- You receive a confirmation email once the process is complete
