Megan joins the call as a participant. While the conversation runs, it shows what it is seeing, hearing, understanding and doing.

Interface preview. The session above is an illustrative example of a Megan session with a client team, not a recording of a live customer call, and the meeting controls are part of the interface design.
What Megan does today
These are the capabilities in production. Megan operates within the same environment as the customer record, so what it knows and what it may do follow the permissions of the person it is working for.
Voice conversations
Holds spoken conversations with customers, handling enquiries and following through on what was agreed.
Text interaction
Works across written channels in the same environment, so a conversation does not restart when the channel changes.
Image and visual context
Reads images and visual material supplied during a session as part of understanding the request.
Video interaction
Takes part in video sessions as a participant, with live transcription of what is discussed.
Multi-participant sessions
Works in sessions with several people present, maintaining the thread of the discussion across speakers.
Speaker identification
Distinguishes between participants in a session so an instruction or a decision is attributed correctly.
Multilingual communication
Communicates across supported languages, which matters for businesses serving more than one market.
Contextual business memory
Retains relevant business context between conversations, so previous history is not lost at the end of a call.
Authorized customer history
Reaches customer history only where the requesting user is authorized to see it. Access follows the account's own permissions.
Business task coordination
Coordinates operational tasks against the customer record rather than working in a separate silo.
Lead qualification
Assesses incoming enquiries against the business's own criteria and routes them accordingly.
Appointment scheduling
Books appointments against live availability and records the outcome against the customer.
Proposal preparation
Prepares and updates proposals from the account's own information for a person to review before sending.
Permission-aware action
Acts within the limits granted to the requesting user. Megan does not see or change what that user may not.
Why context is the difference
Most assistants start every conversation from nothing. They cannot see that this customer called last month, that a proposal is already out, or that the account has an open service issue.
Megan works against the same authorized customer record the rest of the business uses. A conversation, a decision and a follow-up all land on the same history, which is what makes the next interaction useful rather than repetitive.
Later development objectives
Digital MasterPlans is explicit about the line between what runs today and what is being explored. The following are development directions, not shipped capability.
Predictive intelligence
Richer forecasting and recommendation capability is a development objective. These are not guarantees of current performance.
Deeper digital representations of a business
A more complete internal representation of an operation is being explored. It is not a shipped capability.
Embodied AI applications
The longer-term MEGAN initiative explores physical-world applications. Digital MasterPlans does not claim that humanoid robotics or fully autonomous general intelligence is currently available.
